Dog club memberships have a 30-day minimum notice period. Once notified the dog will be welcome to attend their scheduled classes until the end of the 30-day notice period and final payment will be taken as scheduled.

Please be advised that cancellations made up to 48 hours before the start of a scheduled course will receive a full refund.

Cancellations within 48 hours of the start of a course will receive a 50% refund.

Once the course has begun refunds are not given.

Please be advised that cancellations made up to 72 hours before a scheduled appointment will receive a full refund.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the session will be subject to a 50% charge of the agreed upon price.
